Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 5 Plus bezel-less phone. The smartphone has a rear-facing fingerprint scanner and a dual-LED flash. The Xiaomi phone has a 5.7 inch IPS LCD Capacitative touchscreen, with 16.7 million colors. The phone has a 720 x 1440 pixels display resolution and 282 ppi. The device comes with Corning Gorilla glass protection. The smartphone has a number of integrated sensors including Accelerometer, proximity, ambient light sensor, compass, fingerprint sensor, and gyroscope. Connectivity options included in the device are a dual sim with dual standby, Bluetooth, USB, WiFi, micro-USB, 3G, 4G, and more. The Redmi 5 Plus will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of onboard storage. The ultra-thin bezel-less phone will come with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The device will run on Android Nougat based company’s proprietary OS. It will be available in Gold and Grey colors.
